PolarEase® - Cervical Cooling Pillow

I've struggled with my arms falling asleep at night, waking me up often. It took a few nights to find the best way to use this pillow, but once I did, I really liked it! The pillow has four sides with slightly different heights, each cradling my head. It features a shelf-like area for arms, but I preferred sleeping with my arms closer to my head. After figuring out the right side to use, I started putting my arms under the pillow, which significantly reduced the pressure on them. This has dramatically improved my sleep!

I've tried several pillows this year in search of relief from bad neck pain and migraines, but the PolarEase is unlike any other! This is my fifth attempt, and I can confidently say it has helped immensely. I no longer wake up throughout the night or experience any pain in the morning. The side pieces are a fantastic feature, providing the perfect support for my arm, especially when I tuck it under the pillow while sleeping on my side. It took some time to get used to, but once I adjusted, it was a game changer! Plus, it's a great value—I've tried many other pillows that were far more expensive, and while they felt good for a week or two, their comfort quickly faded. The PolarEase just keeps getting better! I highly recommend giving it a few weeks to fully adjust. It’s definitely worth it!

They were all either too soft, too firm, too thick, or too thin. And that's just the pillow—don't get me started on the pillowcase! The best thing about PolarEase is the support for your neck. It has a great design, especially for stomach sleepers like me, as it provides a place to put my arms instead of under the pillow, which throws off the benefits of the neck support. I don’t normally write reviews, but I have tried several pillows for my neck pain, and I found PolarEase to give me a full night's rest and allow me to wake without as much pain, if any.
